Yet again, it's been over a month. Wow I'm just so on top of things. So you may be wondering to yourself, "What the hell is he doing all the time that he doesn't even have freaking time to update his website, it being the singular most important thing ever?!" Well the answer to this is simple: I'm lazy :P. Well that and I am surrounded by a shitload of schoolwork mixed with a good deal of hanging out doing nothing (which obviously prevents me from updating the website).
So I can't believe that the first year of college is almost over (yes almost, I don't finish till June 11 or something, unlike some other laaaame ppl *cough* Jesse *cough* who are already out). But yeah this year went by so ridiculously fast. Quarter system kicks ass, except for all the tests and stuff. I'm pretty content at the moment. This quarter is quite a bit easier than last quarter which truly was the quarter from hell. I'm taking 2 GE's this quarter so it allows for a bit less stress. Well less stress that instead of 4 ridiculously hard classes, I only have two. On the housing front, I finally know where I'm living next year and with whom! Yay. Me and my compadres Alex, Sean, and James will be living in Mustang Village.
What else? Oh! For all you nerds out there, I finally took the Linux plunge and installed it on my desktop. I installed a build called CollegeLinux. It's pretty cool so far, but I havn't really gotten to experiment with it yet as I installed it at about 2 AM last night and I don't have my desktop here at home with me. So oh well. I'll let you know how it goes. It's kinda confusing as I have really no idea what I'm doing. But hey that's the point of experimenting with it in the first place. I'm also thinking about trying out Mandrake. Any suggestions/hints/tips message me!
I'm home this weekend for mother's day. I'm already bored (website updates stem from boredom? an interesting theory). So yeah that's my life at the moment. Oh and if you know anyone looking for a computer engineer to help them out this summer (intern) lemme know! I need a job!
