Haha this is hilarious (thanks for the link Danny). And yes it's supposed to be funny so don't go getting all serious on me. It of course only goes out to the "bad" southerners who complain about us "elitist northerners". I know there are some good liberals in red states there trying their best against all odds... but for now.....
