So we got a call from my grandfather at about 4:45am because my grandma's asthma was acting up (she's been ill for about a week now with some bug that really irritates her asthma). We would need to bring her to the ER. So yeah, we did that. Basically hospitals suck because some of the people working there are so detached that seeing even the remotest glimmer of actual caring is lucky. Also there's just a crapload of waiting involved. We got to the hospital at about 5:15AM. They took her in right away, but my mom and I waited in the waiting room for about 5 hours until she finally got moved out of the ER to a room. But God Bless Hospitals because of the amazing services they provide. She was put on oxygen and they gave her stuff to really help her asthma and make her very comfortable. She seems to be doing just fine now, but they're going to keep her overnight to observe her as that's when the asthma really kicks in. So yeah keep her in your prayers.
Oh... Happy 4th of July! :)
